My car was serviced for an oil change and recall on brake system. Had to pick my car up after service hours but the sales dept did not have my keys. My service advisor was extremely courteous and took time to explain everything to me that needed to be done to my car. My car was taken right away and the wait time was shorter than I expected. He told me to explain everything to me that needed to be done to my car. My car was taken right away and the wait time was shorter than I expected. He told me that my car needed to have additional services and I told him that I would have to do the items that he felt were necessary on a month to month basis as I am on a fixed income and would have to do them that way. He was understanding and told me which service he felt needed to be done first, etc. Overall, a very good experience. More

We stopped by to schedule an appointment to have a rear tire looked at. It was around 12:45 Joseph at the service desk advised he could have a tech look at it at 1:00 when they return from lunch.
