What a breath of fresh air! After dealing unsuccessfully with other central Florida Hyundai dealers over the past month, it was finally great to be associated with a group of professionals. IMHO, most CFL with other central Florida Hyundai dealers over the past month, it was finally great to be associated with a group of professionals. IMHO, most CFL dealership’s business practices consist of lies, half truths and a “take it or leave it attitude.” Not so with the folks at Hyundai of CFL. These folks really have their clients’s best interests in mind. No one epitomizes this more than Jill Burks. She listens intently to her client’s, assesses their needs and crafts a deal in a transparent and fair fashion. Our experience with HCFL was world class because of Jill Burks and I am confident she will be there for us in the future. If you’re tired of the inherent hassles of dealing with the sales staff at other dealers, give Jill Burks a call. Awesome job, Jill. More

My service advisor was extremely courteous and took time to explain everything to me that needed to be done to my car. My car was taken right away and the wait time was shorter than I expected. He told me to explain everything to me that needed to be done to my car. My car was taken right away and the wait time was shorter than I expected. He told me that my car needed to have additional services and I told him that I would have to do the items that he felt were necessary on a month to month basis as I am on a fixed income and would have to do them that way. He was understanding and told me which service he felt needed to be done first, etc. Overall, a very good experience. More
This service center lacks training for their employees. There is very little communication once they have your car until you give them a poor review, then they keep calling you. We stopped by to schedule an appointment to have a rear tire looked at. It was around 12:45 Joseph at the service desk advised he could have a tech look at it at 1:00 when they return from lunch.
