I've been trying since after 11am today to speak with someone about my vehicle. Kept getting a voicemail. I left a msg but did not get a call back. I was told to tow my vehicle to the service departme someone about my vehicle. Kept getting a voicemail. I left a msg but did not get a call back. I was told to tow my vehicle to the service department to be checked out because it's smoking white smoke and not driving properly. But, I needed to get someone on the phone to tell me if the vehicle got there, if they were able to assess what's happening with it, what's the plan to fix it, what's the turnaround time to getting it fixed. So, again, I very concerned that no one answered the phones, no one assisted me today. More

The sales agent Jade Gross, was very down to earth, kind and honestly straight forward about listening to what I was looking for. This is my 6th Hyundai vehicle and as long as Jade stays with Hyundai ill be and honestly straight forward about listening to what I was looking for. This is my 6th Hyundai vehicle and as long as Jade stays with Hyundai ill be back for my next vehicle in 5+ years. I have no idea who Levon Miller is, they never introduced themselves to me. When I had my 2018 Tucson, I have to be honest there were many bad experiences with the service garage . I am hoping things will be different when I pull in with my 2024 Kona. More
