Awesome I walked into Hyundai of Bedford to ask questions about a trading in I just started financing for a couple of months. The car I just started financing I walked into Hyundai of Bedford to ask questions about a trading in I just started financing for a couple of months. The car I just started financing no longer fit my needs & I wanted something else. I thought I would have to wait at least a year or two but no they got me out of that car & into a brand new 2016 with NO negative equity!!!! I feel a lot better with my new car now that it fits my family needs. I love it! More
Worst Experience of my entire life This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership/auto mechanic. I took my car here a week ago on Wednesday October 28th to have m This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership/auto mechanic. I took my car here a week ago on Wednesday October 28th to have my internal lights, outdoor lights and power windows looked at. Was told the next day that they would have to replace three separate parts that were not cheap. Waited for the parts to come in. Didnt hear a word from the dealership the entire time. Was told they would call me back when the parts were in the car. No updates on thursday or friday. Saturday I called again to find out the status, was told they would call back that day. No response received Saturday which took me to Monday since they're closed Sunday. Monday came and I called to find out that another part was needed. Unless i bought this new part, everything the dealership just replaced could be ruined again. I agreed because I had already gone this far down the rabbit hole mine as well go further. Was told the part would be overnighted. This was monday. The part didnt get to the dealership until Wednesday. Throughout this whole process they did not keep me informed, it was my job to call them if i wanted to know the process of my car. After having them find the part the part was put in and they told me it would be yet another day before I could pick my car up. at 5:00 pm on thursday (One week and One day) I was informed the car was completed. I pay for the costly repairs, get in the car and begin to head home. I test the power windows and no more 50 yards from the dealership a fuse blows and the windows stop working and the radio turns off (which was not even a problem when I took the car in) If you are in need of a repair for your Hyundai, you're better off going to your gas station pouring gasoline over the entire automobile and lighting it on fire. More

Service Very friendly but not well organized. The staff forgot to install the plates and fill up the tank of the car twice. The car wasnt well cleaned on the Very friendly but not well organized. WORKING WITH J.R. ROLLINS AND HYUNDAI OF BEDFORD WAS A GREA IF I WERE LOOKING FOR A NEW HYUNDAI, I WOULD FIRST GO TO HYUNDAI ON BEDFORD.
