I feel like I won the Lottery!!!!! Mrs. Young Kim was the sales lady that helped us and I must say she was so gracious and kind to my son and myself. We spent a good bit of time with her and she was so easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions I might have about the Santa Fe that we were looking at. I told her that I was from out of town and that I would have to bring my husband back down to Auburn, as we are from Marietta, Ga. There was no sales pitch, no high pressure talk about how I might need to make a decision quickly, and most of all she was interested in what kind of automobile I was looking for and why. She was so patient and understanding. The Sales Manager, Gary, was even more accommodating. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a car in my entire life. If I ever trade this one, I will go back to Mrs. Kim and Gary again. He runs a wonderfully honest and upstanding dealership. He did everything he said he would and got us into a beautiful 2016 Santa Fe at the price we settled on. Our son was so impressed with Young Kim, he and his wife are going back in December to trade there automobile in for a used Santa Fe. More

She made everything so quick and simple. Even after I purchased the car, she kept in contact with me to make sure that everything was going great, and it was! In March of 2015, my car was totaled. Yes, my brand new car. I called Young Kim and she guaranteed me that I had nothing to worry about. I went back to Hyundai of Auburn and purchased the same exact car and the experience was everything above excellence. When she contacted us that she had found us our car, the price and the additional items included with our car was way more than what we were expecting, not to mention the price. At first, I thought it was to good to be true; but once we went to the dealership, she delivered everything she had promise. We left with our car that day. She made sure that I knew how everything in our car worked. She just didn't forget me after I left their dealership, she has communicated with me numerous times to make sure everything is okay.
