Easy and Friendly I was greeted by Garrett and asked for Nancy.....she was on the phone and Garrett offered to answer any questions while I waited. His easy but not "pushy" questions made me feel comfortable..............eventually he showed me what I was looking for, drove around the parking lot with me, discussed my needs and handled the financial possibilities for what I was looking for. I left with the written information to discuss it with my husband. We called Garrett back in about an hour and told him we wanted the car and would come in tomorrow to get it. The next morning Nancy greeted us with everything we needed, everyone was friendly and answered all our questions. My husband remarked that this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience he had ever had in purchasing a car! Thank you Nancy, Garrett, the financial lady(can't remember her name) and Bob!!
