I give Genesis of Auburn 5 stars because of their personnel - courteous, honest, sincere and knowledgeable. Most important, they understood that I just could not ethically pay their $900 "documentati personnel - courteous, honest, sincere and knowledgeable. Most important, they understood that I just could not ethically pay their $900 "documentation" fee (which is no more than price gouging), and found a way around that. Ownership needs to understand that this fee stands in the way of their reputation and is not worth it in the long run. I complained about this with a different dealership and have received over 5,000 "LIKES" so far - it is really a win-win if you GET RID of this fee! More
