After deciding to purchase a car, I was left waiting to sign papers for an hour despite having an appointment and was only waited on when I said I was going to leave. Then my car needed to be brought back sign papers for an hour despite having an appointment and was only waited on when I said I was going to leave. Then my car needed to be brought back for an inspection (which should have been done prior to the final purchase) and I was promised my car would be brought back to me at a certain time and I got it 2 hours late. And only got it then because I had to go pick the car up at the dealership rather than it being returned to me as promised. When I told Grant, the salesman, that I was disappointed he handed me my keys and turned around and walked away without a single word or apology. Beyond this being poor customer service, in doing this he failed to tell me anything about the inspection that was done on my car. More
