I went there to complete a recall that was for the undercoating of my Hyundai 2018 Santa Fe sport. At the time I was there I asked them about the flaking of my rims. Brought my car into service with no appt. on Tuesday, Jan. 7th because the car wouldn't start. Explained what happened. Holly insisted that I bring the car to where a got a new battery in No on Tuesday, Jan. 7th because the car wouldn't start. Explained what happened. Finally she took the car in and did a diagnotic testing and fixed the latch on the driver side door and a batteries the key fobs. After $766. She said the battery is ok but I should still bring in to where I got it. She state that it shouldn't happen again. It was ok on Wed. 1/8, but today 1/9 it happened again. I left a message, she called back and again insisted I bring the car in to where I got the battery even though it tested good. Holly put me down on the loaner list, if she really did! Asked how long, said didnt' know maybe a week or two or a month. Seriously!!!!!! This was the 2nd time I went to the service dept. More
Went in for a car for my daughter. Walked out with a deal she could live with. Victor and Dion did us right. The service center is ridiculousl. They sell you a Toyota extended warranty, and never bother to update their rates for work with the warranty company. It took 8 days to repair a broke They sell you a Toyota extended warranty, and never bother to update their rates for work with the warranty company. It took 8 days to repair a broken starter because they were arguing with the warranty company about the rates. They told us at pick up that they never updated them and were still arguing about getting paid. Poor customer service, no communication unless we called. Absolutely ridiculous! More
