One thing that didn't make me smile is the 3% added onto my bill because I used my credit card to pay my bill. Holly! Will continue to be a customer. Very professional, I brought it in to have the bluelink reset. They also noted a recall on the wiper reservoir needed to be done. Both issues were successfully resolved within an hour!!!
