Set up an appointment for a tire rotation online. Showed up a few minutes early and still had to wait 15 minutes in my car to be helped. The waiting area was nice and had coffee/water. The service took about 2 hours but when I received my vehicle the 12V battery was dead. The dealership was able to help me jump start the 12V but since then I have been having issues with the 12V battery dying in the parking lot a few days after and warning signs about the 12V occasionally. Very frustrating experience overall. I did not have any issues with the 12V prior to this. More
