Never called us when parts were in. I had to call. This was a major safety issue but they didn’t care to call when part came in. Then made appt for us to stay since it was a simple fix I had to call. I had a scheduled appointment to take care of a recall and 20 minutes after I arrived I was told they didn’t have the part. Arrived at appointed time and was greeted in a timely fashion. Kenneth, my service advisor processed my repair order quickly.
