Came in on a busy day with a car in mind to purchase. I was helped quickly and they had the car ready to see and drive in under 10 minutes. We worked out a deal quickly and smoothly. Scheduling was fine, keeping me updated was ok, did a fair job of mixing warranty and non-warranty work. Work was delayed due to awaiting parts, but pickup was easy. Service was very personable. They offered to drive me to college and back to pick up my car. The facility had many amenities like coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc as well as complementary bagels from the nearby bagel shop. The waiting area was wide, bright, spacious and had many tables which was useful to work at in addition to free wifi. I even got constant updates via text about what my car needed and I could approve any service needed remotely (online) with an electronic signature in real time. All in all it was a better experience than the Huntington Hyundai I usually go to. More
