I took my car in for a transmission problem and steering issue. I'm told no noise and transmission problem related to tires. Also asked for transmission flush and oil change nothing was done. issue. I switched to Hyundai 110 in November 2021. Had very bad experiences with two other Hyundai dealerships on LI. My recent service visit was the best! The best was the service! “Karim” was exceptionally helpful and made sure I was advised of my service. I also heard him with other customers as I waited. Just a very professional person. It is a nice change from past experiences where service took hours, no one communicated with you and the dealership was a circus. Thank you Karim and Hyundai 110! More

Excellent service was provided. They towed my car to the service dept. and obtained an Uber lift for me when I needed to pick up my car and had no way to get there.
