Quote price over phone and then being charged more when my daughter picked up car. Numerous attempts to call service and never receiving a return call or person never being available. I finally had to se my daughter picked up car. Numerous attempts to call service and never receiving a return call or person never being available. I finally had to send daughter back to speak to them and really no resolution. Will only use for covered service on lease and will not frequent this dealership for future cars. More
Service department was great as always. Sales was disappointing. I brought my car in to have a flat fixed and the service department realized the registration on my car was for my previous Sales was disappointing. I brought my car in to have a flat fixed and the service department realized the registration on my car was for my previous vehicle that I turned in at this dealership when I leased my current vehicle. I called the sales department and left a message explaining they sent me the wrong registration and asking a manager to return my call. I never heard anything back from them. I guess now that the sale is done they are not interested in customer service anymore. However the service department was wonderful to deal with as always. More
