Until these last 2 times service had always been good. The last time my 2022 Tucson was serviced I was told there was a recall repair that they would do at the end of that service call while I was waiting The last time my 2022 Tucson was serviced I was told there was a recall repair that they would do at the end of that service call while I was waiting. Turns out they couldn't do it because they didn't have the part. Ok fine, they called me when the part came in to reschedule. Asked will I be leaving the car or will I wait; I planned to wait. When I get there, I'm told that I need to leave the car because the repair needs to be left overnight - service manager says so. Fine, except twice it's been scheduled without the requirement of leaving it overnight. I can't leave it, I've made plans. Either the service manager made up the overnight requirement OR the rest of the service staff is grossly misinformed; either case is very poor. My confidence in this location - and Hyundai, in general - is shaken. There has been no attempt whatsoever by them to re-schedule nor remedy the recall. Poor performance, poor execution and poor regard for their customer. Embarassing. More
