Poor communication with sales department. I took it in for brakes and they recommended a million other expensive things but said my brakes were fine. I pushed it and finally she said I did ne I took it in for brakes and they recommended a million other expensive things but said my brakes were fine. I pushed it and finally she said I did need brakes but it would cost $189 to find out. Took it to Firestone instead. Getting much needed brakes. Trust your customer when they say the car doesn’t stop well and the brakes are grinding!! Don’t recommend $1000 in services I didn’t bring it in for and ignore what I need. More
