Went there for an oil change and inspection. Received my car back with Grease marks on the doors , spilled oil in the engine compartment And also left scraped off inspection on my dashboard. I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM for the KSDS software update and undercoating recall. At 3 o’clock my car was still not ready. I called the dealer and spoke with Christopher, he was nasty to me and said update and undercoating recall. At 3 o’clock my car was still not ready. I called the dealer and spoke with Christopher, he was nasty to me and said they’re working on it and it should be ready by 4:30. I told him I had an appointment at 5pm and needed the car and he said, I said we’re working on it & it should be ready by 4:30. What is the point of dropping the car off early in the morning, soon after the dealership opens if it’s going to take at least nine hours to do a simple 30 minute upgrade which is how long it actually took according to the receipt. Christopher called at 4:15 and said it would be available at 4:30 - 9 hours after my appointment.. Highly Aggravating. More
