I had a thumping sound from beneath my Palisade. That is quite a number for a retiree on a fixed income. After agreeing to the work, I received a call from Holly, informing me that she submitting a request to Hyundai corporate for help in the repair and received approval to repair my Palisade at no cost for me. Holly went above and beyond in helping me in this matter. What a great employee! More

I brought my 2023 Santa Cruz in for typical maintenance on Tuesday and they found a tiny oil leak in the oil pan which was defective. They sent me home in an UBER and I was supposed to get my truck back t on Tuesday and they found a tiny oil leak in the oil pan which was defective. They sent me home in an UBER and I was supposed to get my truck back the next day. Turns out they didn’t get the part until Saturday and I was without a vehicle until Monday afternoon! They didn’t have a loaner vehicle to give me and the Service Manager, Carmine Gonzalez was not very pleasant either. This is my only vehicle and being without my truck for 1 week was a huge inconvenience to say the least. More
