I was charged double the amount I was supposed to pay, and the service advisor didn’t care that I thought the price was wrong. It wasn’t until the woman who checked me out listened to the fact that I was and the service advisor didn’t care that I thought the price was wrong. It wasn’t until the woman who checked me out listened to the fact that I was being overcharged and she saw that it was too much as well. She brought it to someone and got my bill to its correct price, which was half the price I was originally charged. More
I arrived at my 9:00 appointment at 8:40. I was not greeted by an advisor until 9:05. Holly told me there were only 2 advisors. I told her I understood. My car needed an oil change, window frame replacement (which I came in 3 weeks ago about and the parts came in), and a new tire due to a nail in the wall. Holly told me that she would price out the tire for me and that the car would be ready by 3. I needed my car at this time because my children needed to be picked up from camp by 4. During the waiting time, I was pricing tires. At 11:30, I went to Holly and asked her about the tire. She told me that the car was not taken into the shop yet. She then came back with a very high price. I told her that I had a tire at another place that was cheaper. She then asked me what the price range was. She came back with a closer price. I am loyal, so I went with the higher price at the dealership. I then left to go for lunch, to which Holly offered me a ride. I declined. When I returned at about 1, I checked back in and she told me it would be another hour. I got another ride and did some shopping. At 3:20, I called and was told that it would be ready. When I returned at 3:30, I saw it being road tested. Holly said it was still being worked on. I needed my car back! Finally, at 3:45, I had enough! I told Holly that I had been waiting all day and that I needed my car. She replied, “I’ve been held up”. I then asked her about giving a one star or four star review. She replied, “I don’t care if you give us no stars!” I then asked, what is the purpose of appointments if you don’t adhere to them?” She grumpily said, “What’s the point of appointments?” She refused to talk to me again. I thanked her for her kindness. She didn’t respond. Is this “love” business she projects, is clearly fake? If it weren’t for the free NYS inspections, I don’t know if I would return. Between the price gouging and the lack of communication, I do not feel like a valued customer. P.S I was not on time to pick up my kids and the camp was going to charge me for aftercare More

I have to say that this was my first experience withy bringing 2 vehicles in for routine oil change and things got a little dicey. Hats off to Holly who is always a pleasure to speak with. Kept me posted and updated on the servicing of my vehicles and just seems so genuine. When I picked up my vehicle I ran into Justin who sold me both of my vehicles and he was very understanding of my situation and let me know that if he could help in the future in anyway to let him know. I brought my 2023 Palisade (15,000 miles) in due to a faulty alternator. I was told it would take 4 days to get the part. My auto was in the shop for 6 days. Clean and smoothly operated. However they scheduled my car for 2 recalls, I dropped the car at 8:30 in the morning, but they did not have nor could they obtain the parts.
