I had an issue with my car over a long cart trip at Thanksgiving. After I tried to get it in for an appointment and spoke to the receptionist who could not get me in since it was a safety concern I ask Thanksgiving. Then I brought my car in and since the issue couldn’t be duplicated, I still have not had a fix and now have to deal with customer care. More
