Holly did a great job describing and listening to the service needs of my car. The estimates were accurate and the service was completed as promised. I have a suggestion: The 3% extra charge for use of a credit card should be seriously reviewed. I realize that there is a "Cost of doing business" but the extra cost of 3% is crazy. perhaps the 3% covers the complimentary Uber, or the online service updates, but it it should be straight up pricing, no hidden fees. I have been in the service business for a long time, and I know there are credit card service companies that will do better for you as a business (Less cost) than the credit service you are using. I know that I could have used my debit or paid with a check but that was not an option this time. Overall, I am very satisfied with your service, the professionalism of everyone and the accuracy of the service. Thank you, I will be back! More
I find it very sad and disappointing that when you pull in for a flat tire, they ask if you have an appointment. Obviously, nobody plans on getting a flat tire. You pay for the tire repair service, so you bring your vehicle to the dealership for the repair. Being that I did not have an appointment, I had to leave my vehicle which I had no problem. However, I never expected it to take 2 days to get it repaired or in this case a new tire. When I called the following morning after I dropped it off, I was told by my service advisor, well you did not have an appointment, and we will attempt to look at it today. Attempt to look at it, I had the tire in the trunk that was damaged and had placed the spare on the car. I feel that is a horrible way to treat returning customers. I had to call corporate and make a complaint that is how dissatisfied I was. More
This was my second time for service for an oil change, tire rotation and new windshield wipers and it still took over 2 and a half hours to get my car completed. First visit to this dealership. Wait time for an oil change an tire rotation (free) was over two hours. Waited in the car for about 15 minutes before an advisor came to my vehicle Wait time for an oil change an tire rotation (free) was over two hours. Waited in the car for about 15 minutes before an advisor came to my vehicle. Personally, I find this unacceptable. I've never waited this long for an oil change. Also, the mechanic left greasy fingerprints all over the hood of my relatively new vehicle. Plus there was no paper mat in the car to protect against dirt and grease. Service advisor was nice and professional. More
