I had a scheduled appointment and flagged that I would wait at the shop while the service was performed. Only concern was that it took 2+ hours for an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle check. Service seems to be done correctly and only item they tried to upsell me on was a wheel alignment. Waiting area was clean and comfortable and they provided mini bagels, hot coffee and water. More

Never called us when parts were in. I had to call. This was a major safety issue but they didn’t care to call when part came in. Then made appt for us to stay since it was a simple fix I had to call.
