Professional, clean, super friendly staff, especially Holly! Will continue to be a customer. One thing that didn't make me smile is the 3% added onto my bill because I used my credit card to pay my bill. Holly! Will continue to be a customer. It would be helpful if there was a sign posted so customers can make an informed decision instead of being told about the 3% as they're handing over their credit card. Very professional, I brought it in to have the bluelink reset. They also noted a recall on the wiper reservoir needed to be done. Both issues were successfully resolved within an hour!!! I called to make an appointment several times over 45:00 in late afternoon and no one would answer the phone. Called the parts department and their guy was kind enough to walk over and tell service to pick in late afternoon and no one would answer the phone. Called the parts department and their guy was kind enough to walk over and tell service to pick up. They suggested the day for my appointment a week and half later. Was the third car in at 7:30a.m. They never touched my car and the desk didn't know it wasn't touched until I called at 2:30PM. Then they told me a lot of "stuff" about how their diagnostic staff were too busy with other cars, but it really sounded like they didn't have enough diagnostic staff. When i picked up my car in late afternoon, I was told that I had to wait until a month later (!) because that was the first time a loaner car would be available ...but they could not promise the same thing would not happen a second time. I don't like being fed a line of crap - service refused to take responsibility for their actions and my experience of having to give up my car for a full day only to have nothing done to fix it was one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I have ever had. I think they only place they exceled was in finding enough different ways to tell me that they didn't want my business. More

A little frustrated that I had a 8:00 appointment. Was told I was the third car for service and that there were 4 mechanics working. Initial difficulty to establish communication with service department was quickly overcome by amenable and congenial staff, just as you would hope for.
