I called them, gave them a deposit over the phone, filled out a credit app, & waited to find out what my rate was. After asking the dealership three times what my interest rate was, they refused to tell me citing that they could not tell me that information over the phone. They told me the finance department had that information, and that the sales people don’t know it. In addition, they finally told me that I have perfect credit, and that I have a really good rate of interest. However, they would not tell me what the rate was. They just kept telling me the rate was really good. I told them that I am not driving four hours Until you tell me what the rate is. Finally, I became so fed up with the frustration of the indirectness of this dealership that I canceled the deal all together. I was told by the sales person that I needed to call if I was going to get my deposit back. The sales person over the phone tells me that I got a really good rate and tries to see if we can make the deal work. I absolutely refused because if it’s this hard, just trying to get an interest rate, could you imagine what the delivery would be like? I have dealt with some shady car dealers in the past, but this one was the worst. Lastly, I would like to add that I think the finance department and the sales manager must keep the sales people in the dark. They don’t want the sales people to have adequate information to close deals. That’s because the finance department wants to give people a bump, and make extra money on the finance. This is why they will not tell anybody the rate. It’s funny: they will take my credit app over the Internet, they will receive my drivers license. Talk to me several times on the phone and even get my military ID but after all that they just can’t tell me the interest rate. What a bunch of garbage. Horrible company. More

Horrible, Horrible experience-Go literally ANYWHERE else. If I could give it negative stars I would. In the beginning the salesperson, Gabriel seemed to be knowledgeable. However, everything promised by him as the salesperson was not promised in the end. They told my husband and I the exact car we wanted was coming on Friday. Monday came and the car had still not arrived. We stopped by the dealership and Gabriel said it was on the hill in Deer Park and was 99% positive it will be in on Tuesday. He also promised if the truck didn't pick the car up to deliver it, he would personally go pick up the car so we can close out on Tuesday (especially since the 2.9% interest was expiring at the end of the month, on the Tuesday). However, he did say if it was not ready on Tuesday they would absolutely honor the deal and he ran it through their finance manager. Side note about the 2.9% promotion-the finance manager did not originally offer us the promotion. After we first met my husband went home and found the promotion himself in 30 seconds and we had to call them to honor it. We should have left at this point, but we get it-people are human and make mistakes, so we let it slide. WELL Tuesday came and the car still had not arrived. I went by the dealership again and spoke to the Manager (Everette) who told me the total opposite of Gabriel. He told me the car was not at the hill in Deer Park, they could NOT honor the 2.9% passed the date and they could not predict the timing of the car at all in any situation. Gabriel then tried to say I did not promise that and he said 'I said I would ask the manager'-which was 100% not true because we would have left the car a long time before we got this far if there was no guarantee . Overall, this is the typical terrible car sales experience-go anywhere but here -even if you have to pay more for the car. There is no communication between the salesmen and their managers at all and don't trust their deals. The whole deal was a lie from beginning to end. More
Our salesman, Kevin Jave, went the extra mile to make a deal that we were happy with. Kevin is enthusiastic and pleasant to work with. He is knowledgeable about the various cars and their features.
