I leased a car, and 2 days later, I brought it in on a walk in for pulsating braking. Kevin was not in yet, but another salesperson who's name I did not get was happy to help. They took the car right in, provided me with transportation home, and about 3 hours later called to let me know the car was ready, and sent transportation to bring me back to pick up the car. Kenny in the service department was very friendly. He explained what they did to fix the problem and got me on my way. More

I had a scheduled appointment and flagged that I would wait at the shop while the service was performed. Only concern was that it took 2+ hours for an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle check.
