Took a car in for a scheduled appointment at 7:30, was not called until 3 pm and told they wanted to keep car overnight after being promised by the r Took a car in for a scheduled appointment at 7:30, was not called until 3 pm and told they wanted to keep car overnight after being promised by the receptionist I would get the car back the same day. Then, after having a diagnostic two issues were identified on the diagnostic report stating immediate attention required but never disclosed to me by the technician . The technician told me my car was fine to my face. I attempted to call and see what the issues were 7 times and left voicemails throughout the day and was only able to get through to someone after complaining. Do not service your car through this entity as they will not provide prompt service to your vehicle or tell you what the issues are. Spoke with the mananger who said I complained like his wife so highly condescending as well More
Zero stars. I have tried to follow up on a potential service issue for a couple of weeks. Last week, I called three times to try and reach the service departme I have tried to follow up on a potential service issue for a couple of weeks. Last week, I called three times to try and reach the service department. No one answers the phone. Eventually, I'm routed to a voicemail. No return call. I called again this past Monday, and the same result. I then called the general manager, and of course got his voicemail. Similarly no return call. I highly recommend to NOT use this dealership for anything. More
Service here is terrible. Went in for a recall and another issue. Was also told they would do an inspection on the vehicle and wash it, neither of which were done. They guy was nowhere to be found when I came to pick up my vehicle and the woman who handed me my key didnt even know where my car was. Directed me to a couple different places it could be, and basically said go find it yourself. Super rude and lazy staff. You would think a service writer would do their best to earn your business in the future, but could care less. Would never come back for service or sales. They obviously are having trouble finding good employees. More
I was promised 3 years, 36000 mile complimentary oil changes. Was just charged full price by Hyundai for the second oil change at 9400 miles. I guess I was the sucker this time. Repeatedly have returned for work that was in garage for and told done, back once in less then a day for work said done but they had to admit they did not. wanted to charge $129.50-diagnostic for a car under w/ty Disgraceful. I have owned two Santa-Fe's; both were exclusively serviced (even for oil-changes - despite the hour drive ) by Arrow Hundai dating back Disgraceful. I have owned two Santa-Fe's; both were exclusively serviced (even for oil-changes - despite the hour drive ) by Arrow Hundai dating back over ten years. Since the take-over by International Autos I am disgusted - it's almost as if International are actively trying to run the place into the ground. I was more than polite - as-usual - but was treated like a street-beggar. Scott in the service department was rude, insulting and dismissive, a disgrace to any service dept of any brand. He/they act as if dealing with Hyundai owners is somehow demeaning to them. I will be lodging a formal complaint. I will never use West Allis Hyundai again, I'd rather make the drive to Hyundai Sheboygan. In fact this Santa Fe might well be the last Hyundai we own purely because of West-Allis service. More
