The sales staff were very patient and understood my needs I started off my search looking for a car with good gas mileage that was fun to drive. It took me one month to make up my mind. I started off with a different Hyundai dealership and had a bad experience (they tried to change the price on me, very pushy and insisted that they were present during the test drive which was very short), while searching online i found that Arrow Hyundai does not charge extra service fees so i thought i would check them out. In my experience i found out that are straight forward with their pricing. They were also very open with me as a customer, they did not insist that they need to be present during a test drive and made the car buying experience very enjoyable. I have had the car for 1000 miles now and i love it. More

They really listen to us and provide satisfaction consistently. We get all our service done there. Everyone knows our names. Colleen is wonderful! ! She is so knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I used to buy Toyotas, but since I switched to Hyundai 15 years ago I have never been happier. David our gm worked with us for all those years and we are truly grateful. What a gentleman!!! More
I am 20 years old and went into Arrow Hyundai looking to lease a 2013 Elantra. I can not express how great of an experience I got with Justin Hapke and his co-workers. I did not buy from this dealer because the configuration I wanted just wasn't available. Hyundai doesn't have a factory order program and although Clikeman COULD have written an order, dealers have little c I wanted just wasn't available. Hyundai doesn't have a factory order program and although Clikeman COULD have written an order, dealers have little control over if & when they'd my GLS Accent in Marathon Blue with MANUAL TRANSMISSION. However, after several email exchanges with Clikeman as well as four OTHER dealers I'm very impressed; he's honest & articulate. I plan to get my new Accent SERVICED at Arrow Hyundai. More
This is an absolutely wonderful dealer. I do not like "games" and Arrow did nor play them. Only have had (1) service experience and that was uneventful. I visited this dealer twice, and was unfortunate both times to meet the most rude, condescending sales people. I felt unwelcome from the moment I walked in. The sales people here act as if they are doi times to meet the most rude, condescending sales people. I felt unwelcome from the moment I walked in. The sales people here act as if they are doing you a favor by letting you look at their cars. Customer service doesn't seem to exist here. Not one person greets you on the lot. When you walk in for assistance, it takes a few minutes despite there being a few people chatting away in the corner. I am willing to spend significantly more at another dealership just for better treatment as a customer (although their prices are not that great, so I don't anticipate needing to spend anymore than what they were asking). Never again will I give this dealer a third chance. I advised my family and friends to stay away, and I offer you the same advice. More
