I had no complaints about the sales rep until it came to him communicating when the dealership would be receiving my new car from another dealership. He set up an appointment with me to pick up the car but failed to communicate to me that the car was not going to arrive at the dealership until much later that day. He was very nonchalant about the last few steps, which included when I would be able to pick up the car and displayed no sense of urgency to obtain clear information and deliver that to me. His lack of communication absolutely ended the entire sales process on a sour note. More
