Service diagnostic taking too long. Had my car towed in 3 weeks ago ecause the engine seized up on I-65.. Could have been killed. Service department hasn't even done the diagnostic to confirm it -- even though independent repair shop said engine failure requires new engine. Even Hyundai corporate can't get the dealership to run the diagnostic timely. It's infuriating because we bought two Hyundai and have most always had dealer maintenance. More
