Arrived at 7:10 for a 7:30 appointment. Saw the service person at 7:45. Got the paperwork at 9:30 stating the service had been completed and given directions where truck was turned out it was wrong vehicle. A few minutes service advisor reported my vehicle was on the rack being serviced. Got my truck back at 10:20. Was late for following appointment. Paperwork didn't match what was actually accomplished.

They didn't even look at it, had my vehicle almost a week and no one looked at the problem. I came and picked it back up cause I needed it. They are not friendly at all none of them that i spoke to. More
