Horrific service department. I have tried for over 14 months at this dealership to have my Hyundai repaired, the faulty A/C, review camera, stalling, and window tint that was da I have tried for over 14 months at this dealership to have my Hyundai repaired, the faulty A/C, review camera, stalling, and window tint that was damaged while at dealership in service area, not being repaired. Three different employees have " assured me my 2 year old auto would be repaired" but still nothing. This visit to Hyundai started after calling mid March. Finally, my auto was at least, at dealership May 8th, but ZERO has been repaired or addressed, it in almost JULY! After countless calls with ZERO action at dealership, disgusted AGAIN with Hyundai. I received another worthless answer from service employee yesterday regarding when will my auto be repaired. The employee replied, " um, nothing has been done and I um don't know what is going to happen with your car, ummm I don't know about your car, umm, hold on." Yay. You have repaired nothing, we again cannot take our family for ANY TRAVEL PLANS for family spring break, graduation, summer vacation, and now July 4th. Way to destroy ANOTHER 4 MONTHS with non-functioning auto. Disappointing. Hyundai only cares about closing a sale, then they disappear. DO NOT recommend Hyundai if you want a new auto with an operating service department for any service, oil changes to major issues. Non existent. We have experience this with multiple service managers and employees over 14 months. More

I had an appointment at 10 AM, arrived at 9:30, and still waited three hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Others who arrived after me were served first. Dealership probably is good but the few that work for the dealership make it bad. No one listened to my issue and forced me to pay for services that I did not want.
