Best car buying experience I have ever had I had been told by several people not to shop at this dealership because "they would not work with me"; however, I did not want to travel an hour away I had been told by several people not to shop at this dealership because "they would not work with me"; however, I did not want to travel an hour away to shop, so I went into Capitol Hyundai. Immediately, I felt at home and actually enjoyed shopping for my new car. I even joked that I wouldn't mind working there because the people were so pleasant. I found Herman, the saleperson, to be extremely knowledgeable about each and every car on the lot, even the ones that had just come in. I never felt pressured to purchase something I did not want or could not afford. I even asked about a smaller car price while we were working on the paper work for the car I actually purchased. He told me how much that car would cost and explained that it had more options than my car. I looked at so many cars with so many options that I got confused, but Herman was right on top of everything and was so very patient with me. The day after delivery, I had some questions and called Herman. He answered all of my questions. This is the only time I have actually enjoyed my car buying experience. More

Great warranty. Con: I was a little displeased when the salesman told me an incorrect Out-the-door price while I was on a test drive and I ended up with a little higher price. Still feel like I left without getting too bad of a deal though. My headliner came loose in a spot above the window around 500 miles in, taking it to the dealership to get fixed this weekend. Hyundai still has a bad name with some people from long ago, so people might think negatively of your vehicle out of ignorance. Overall.
