I can attest that Hyundai IE has the friendliest team of all the dealers I have worked with. My options were clearly explained to me and at no point was there a need to "haggle" on the price. When the car I wanted was not available, the Hyundai IE team called a countless number of dealers to accommodate my exact request, all the while keeping me informed of their progress. Specifically, I worked with Art, Kris, & Josh whom provided an outstanding level of service. Art, my point of contact, made the car buying process so much easier through his honesty and willingness to ask questions. I am most definitely satisfied with the team at Hyundai IE! More

Just purchased a previously owned 2011 Sonata. Everyone from Cleveland in sales to Tony the General Sales Mgr. was very friendly and easy to deal with. Never once did I feel pressured to buy.
