He didn't badger me and only followed up with me when he knew he could deliver on my specific needs. Art is not only a professional of the highest caliber, but he is also a decent and honorable human being. While concluding this sales transaction, I found our discourse to be exceptionally pleasant. Searched internet for southern California Hyundai dealers; wanted Elantra GLS, basic model. IE had best price; only one below MSRP. So put downpayment and waited; and waited. About three months later, with 2011 passing, I made yet another another call. Finally got a positive response from Salesperson Art Lee. He turned out to be terrific! Had to pay extra for the GLS Preferred; had stuff I really didn't need; but at least I got the car. Art took the time to go over the car; very helpful. So, certainly compared with other Hyundai dealers that have a curent sellers market for the 2012 Elantra, I recommend IE Hyundai. Art Lee made the deal, otherwise I would have bought a Corolla or something equivalent. Try IE Hyundai, but only deal with Art Lee, for he is efficient, experienced and a nice person - rather unusual for most car salespeople! RJS More

I wasn't really into Hyundai until now. I Absolutley LOVE my Hyundai elantra!! Everything Art had stated was true!! The ride is smooth and driving in the rain is not scary at all! I first went to another local Hyundai dealer and I was so close to signing the contract, glad i backed out in the financing room. I thought I would look around a bit first. I submitted an online inquiry and Art called me back within half hour. I explained I had been looking around. Art told me he wouldnt waste my time... He definately knows his stuff. I was in and out within 2 hours, he had everything waiting for me. Art LISTENED to what I WANTED... not just what he had to get rid of. My family and I couldnt be happier with our purchase, our experience or with our salesman. I can honestly say I did not feel the usual "car dealer" pressure that most placed make you go through. Art even said If I wasnt ready to buy, there was no pressure to. He completely understood my expectations and gave me an amazing deal on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Limited edition.. :) I love it.. My Son LOVES the moon roof in the back seat and the heated seats in the back too. I have gotten non stop compliments on my car from complete strangers at grocery stores and anywhere I go.. and when i tell them how much I paid, they are amazed... There was no pressure to buy at that moment, and no having to wait for a manager to haggle over the price with. The financing was great and was a very quick, easy process.
