Art Lee was very friendly and accomadating. He is genuinely enthusiastic about the cars he sells and not once did we feel pressured to buy. We dealt with Daniel and Art on the internet initially and then made an appointment for hands on review of the Tucson and Santa Fe. I was prepared for the hard sell tactics of most car sales people and that never happened. Daniel and Art were so low key, they explained the differences on the vehicles and Daniel worked up the price on our new Santa Fe, yes we were so pleased with the price and their approach that we bought our car on the initial visit. Daniel was so efficient in both handling our trade and the new sale that my wife said, "hey wait a minute this is going too fast, slow down". I put off purchasing a car for a LONG TIME because of hard sell tactics I have experienced from other dealers. I did most of the preliminary negotiation over the internet. The following day I went in for a test drive and Art and Daniel were very personable and genuinely interested in my needs. They did not have the car I wanted but were able to make a trade with another dealer to get the 2012 Hyundai Accent by the end of the day. The price was lower than the Truecar.com target price.
