Art found me a Veloster equipped the way I wanted, in the color I wanted in less than 2-weeks. Though I did learn at the dealer that Hyundai had been inflating their mileage claims, my car went from 38 MPG hwy to 35 MPG hwy, and will cost me more at the pump than originally anticipated. When we were ready to purchase the car, we were sent away to go eat dinner and come back. Art was too busy. Also, worst of all, our new car was driven from La Puente dealer in record time. The man delivered our new car to the parking lot at Loma Linda, brakes burning and smelling, he had the audacity to be funny and "slolem race" it into the driveway like it was some kind of a joke. It was very upsetting and maddening that this delivery guy would be so disrespectful with our brand new car. I'm sure he did not follow the "breaking in" rules found in my manual. Art is direct and no haggle to the point. I did my research on the 3 different cars I was looking for. When I narrowed my search to a Hyundai I went to 3 dealers.
