I found my used car using TrueCar.com then Kris Cranfill gave me a call to talk about the vehicle and invited me down to come and check it out. I was pleased to see that the advertised price was the actual price of the car...no hidden fees or anything. I asked is there some wiggle room on the price of the car and he said make me an offer and I will take it to my boss. I was thrilled that they took some money off of the vehicle and brought back to me some scenarios. You know " If I put this ___ down w/ warranty the price would be ____". The numbers worked out in my for me and I left the place feeling like a new man. Weeks have passed and I do not have buyers regret. I will buy from this dealership again. I give Kris 10 stars!!! More
I went to Hyundai Inland Empire after deciding on the Hyundai Sonata. I knew what features and the exact price. Art Lee was the easiest Sales Person we have ever dealt with. I went to Hyundai Inland Empire with a very specific car in mind. Although I didn't walk away with exactly what I was looking for, that was at no fault of the dealership. Apparently I wanted one of the most rare Hyundai Elantras out there. Either way, Art Lee helped get me a great deal on my new 2013 Elantra sedan and I love it! It is always greatly appreciated when you walk into a dealership and find someone who gets straight to the point. No back and forth, no hassle at all! MY SISTER AND I VISITED 2 OTHER DEALERSHIPS IN THREE DAYS AND WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE DEALERSHIP, SALES PERSON AND OFFER. I WENT TO THE INTERNET AT 3AM AND BY 11am THE SAME DAY, I HAD GOTTEN A CALL FROM I.E AND WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE DEALERSHIP, SALES PERSON AND OFFER. I WENT TO THE INTERNET AT 3AM AND BY 11am THE SAME DAY, I HAD GOTTEN A CALL FROM I.E. HYUNDAI THAT THEY HAD WHAT WE WANTED. I THEN TOLD HIM WHAT THE OTHER DEALERS WOULD OFFER AND HE TOLD ME TO COME AND SEE HIM AND HE WOULD MAKE US HAPPY BUYERS. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. THIS WAS THE MOST CONFORTABLE, EASY, AND ENJOYABLE AUTO PURCHASE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. WE WERE 2 LITTLE OLD LADIES SHOPPING FOR A CAR, WE WEREN'T ASKING FOR ANY MONEY OFF THE NEW CAR, WE JUST WANTED FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR OUR TRADE WHICH WE HAD GONE ON KBB AND GOTTEN TRADE IN VALUE OF 3600 FOR GOOD CONDITION. OUR TRADE IN WAS ONE OWNER, 2006 WITH ONLY 24,000 MILES, LIKE NEW EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR AND HAD A PRIVATE PARTY VALUE OF 5600.00. THE DEALERSHIP MADE NO BONES ABOUT GIVING US WHAT WE WANTED PLUS 100 DOLLARS ABOVE AND EVEN PAID FOR THE 2 EXTRAS (DASH COVER AND BRA). THE OTHER 2 DEALERSHIPS WE WENT TO KEPT TRYING TO STEAL THE CAR AT 3000 AND PISSED ME OFF. I KNOW THEY WORK ON A TRACK SYSTEM AND ARE TRYING TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN BUT LETS BE REAL, SOMETIMES MAKING A CUSTOMER MAD IS NOT THE WAY TO GO AFTER I TOLD THE SALESMEN AT BOTH THE FIRST TWO DEALERSHIPS THAT I USED TO SELL CARS IN CALUMET CITY, ILLINOIS FOR PETE SHAVER LINCOLN MERCURY AND KNOW A LITTLE BIT. SURE THINGS ARE A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN 22 YEARS AGO, BUT THE DOLLARS AND BOTTOM LINE HAS NOT CHANGED. AT I.E. I have been looking at the Hyundai Elantra for more than two years. The warranty, economy, features and price were the things that caught my attention. I had never bought a car in California, so I had no ex two years. The warranty, economy, features and price were the things that caught my attention. I had never bought a car in California, so I had no experience with any of the dealerships. I did a test drive at another dealership and decided that I would buy the Elantra. I wanted to work with the local dealer. My bank, USAA, has a car buying service so I used it to get multiple bids. Within a minute of submitting my input, I received a call from Art Lee at Hyndai Inland Empire. We had a very polite, low key conversation. He discussed my requirements with me and told me that he would find a match and send me the information. Within a few minutes, he sent me a list of the features, price and detailed list of fees along with the out the door price. I still wanted to work with the local dealership, so I stopped by and told them that I was going to buy an Elantra that day hoping they would want my business. They missed the mark in customer care that had been demonstrated by Art Lee at the Loma Linda Dealership. I thanked them and drove up to Loma Linda to buy the Elantra from Art Lee. I phoned ahead to let Art know that I would be there within the hour. When I arrived, art was waiting for me with papers still in his hand. He had me sit down while he arrange to have the car brought up. The drive was great and within two hours I drove away in my new Elantra. I have a special needs 14 year old daughter that was with me. As Art was scurrying around, my daughter said "Art sure works hard, we need to give him a diploma so he can put it on his wall." She has a low IQ but can certainly see when someone is doing an exceptional job. Thank you Art Lee, you did a great deal. The car met my expectations, the price was the best, and the MPG exceed the numbers posted. It has averaged more than 35 MPG over the first 500 plus mile. One freeway trip of more than 35 mile was 42 MPG. Art my daughter thinks you are a great person. I ditto that. More
I was communicating with Art for a while before I finally had time to go in and complete the transaction. It was a rainy day so already I hated the thought of having to sit in an office for hours and hours t had time to go in and complete the transaction. It was a rainy day so already I hated the thought of having to sit in an office for hours and hours trying to buy a car. But Art made it more bearable and tried to make it quick and painless. We started with a test drive and got to know each other better. He was easy to talk to and never tried to push for anything I wasn't looking for. I appreciated his professionalism, which is almost unseen these days in the retail world. There was no negotiating on the price, which helped quicken the process. He explained everything necessary to me from connecting my bluetooth to setting up my homelink. Although I was hoping for more of a color selection on the model/style I was looking for, I am content with what I came home with and the service I received that day. It was a great experience for a first time buyer like me. More
There is no other word for Art except awesome! A friend of mine reccomended him highly and he met every expectation. Everything was smooth from start to finish and I know that I got a great deal! My husband stopped by to do the financing, so I spent very little time dealing with that part of the sale. Most everything was figured out before he got there through the internet so the time management portion was awesome. I did have a question about the contract and Art quickly answered each item very thoroughly. Art spent time to answer any and all questions I had, and I never felt like he was in a hurry. He even gave me his cell and told me to call him anytime if I had any questions at all, even if it was late! I have already referred one person to him that will be contacting him this week! More
