This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I hate dealing with the normal sales back and forth. This was far from that. I could not make it in for a couple days and Kris held the car I wanted for me and it even came with the remote start option that it normally doesn't at no additional cost. The car was waiting for me when I got there ready to go. we drove it walked back inside and signed a little paperwork to get the loan application finished. The only waiting I had to do was wait for financing person to finish with the customer ahead of me. They were taking a little bit but Kris and I shot the breeze about motorcycle racing which was great. If I had not had to wait for finance I would have been in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend this dealer and Kris to any and everyone. More
I am moving to the Inland Empire area and needed to lease a car. I flew to Ontario, CA and Art Lee personally came and picked me up at the airport. I was going to take a taxi to the dealership, which was quite a ways away, and was ok with that. However Art insisted on picking me up complimentary instead and taking me to the dealership. We didn't even talk about the car as much as we talked about things to do in the area. He even offered for me to call him if I need a suggestion of a great music venue or restaurant. When we got to the dealership, everything was completed and waiting for me. It was simple...just take the keys and go! When I went to the car, Art showed me all the different features. He even set up my ipod so I could have music right away. I didn't have the correct connection, he told me to hold on....and he went and got a connection for me! No extra expense...just out of kindness. It was a really cool experience, that I'm sure doesn't happen at other dealerships. I was/am very pleased. More

I hate buying cars. It's like going to the dentist for a root canal, something you have to do and don't look forward to. I found an ad on Autotrader.com and emailed Art concerning the vehicle. He answered my questions and tailored his comments to what I was looking for. I appreciated this refreshing approach. I had a quote from another online dealer that I felt was unbeatable but I would have had to travel to LA to pick it up. Art did even better! He's earned my business. The dealership was clean and everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and professional. They had a nice selection of the Elantra model I was looking for. Art Lee contacted me and sent me an offer on my email and it was a very fair and I feel a great deal on the AZERA. We had gone to another dealer and asked them to give us the best price and interset rate the it was a very fair and I feel a great deal on the AZERA. Everything went smooth and fast from there on and we told Art we would be down in half an hour and it only took a couple hours for us to be driving this brand new luxury car off the lot. Art explained the cars features and was just a nice and proffessional human being. Dan the finance man was also a breeze to work with and though he offered us the gap insurance and the extended warranty, which I almost felt guilty for not taking, since these guys were so nice, we declined. It was the best buying experience yet and I never considered a Hyundai before this Azera is incredibly loaded and a beautiful riding car.We will refer anyone we know to do business with this dealership. I shopped 5 different dealerships. Some were pushy and overly aggressive in the promise of getting me a good deal without actually offering me a monthly estimate. Once i walked into Hyundai Inland Empire (Rusnak), i realized that they actually wanted to earn my business. It felt refreshing and new. They were not pushy and overly aggressive and i was able to connect with the salesman (Scott Duralia) immediately. Scott let me test drive all the cars i wanted to and for once i felt that a car salesman actually respected me. I did not buy the car the first time i test drove it. I walked away that evening without being chased down with better and better offers. Not once did i get the feeling these guys were getting desperate, but rather seemed confident in their numbers. I shopped around, and Rusnak's numbers couldn't even be touched. It gave me a sense of assurance with everyone at Hyundai IE. All the staff was very knowledgeable with the cars and the dealership is clean and pristine. Plus their showroom is to die for. Even on top of all their overhead, they somehow gave me the best price in So Cal . It's a total win-win for the customers. Scott gave me a call at least one/twice a day, and he was never pushy or offered "only today" specials and rather informed me that the quote estimates were still good. Most dealerships employ a dirty tactic where a certain deal is only good for that day. He assured me that i would still get that great monthly even if i bought a car a week later. After calling around and shopping at 4 other Hyundai dealerships, i made the decision that my next car would be from Rusnak. I would also like to mention that I'm in my mid 30s but i have been told that "I don't look at day over 20." In my past, i'm usually brushed off because of youthful appearance and they assume i either have no money or bad credit. Scott took my word for it when i told him my Fico score was very good and i had a good chunk for down payment. Even with that information, he never got pushy and never once hounded me. These guys are also flexible because i had certain conditions. My trade in was in my father's name, and Scott drove all the way to Downtown LA to get his release signature. Other dealerships told me to get the signature on my own. I also forgot to bring the spare keys to my trade in and Scott followed me all the way to my house to get them so i wouldn't have to return. Also even though i have already test drove them, on the day i bought the car, they let me test drive it "one last time." I felt this was important. They put me in a a 2013 Genesis Coupe 2.0t and I'm absolutely in love with it. I actually look forward to my morning commute now. They even had the right color (White pearl). After going to a few other dealers, it was clear that my next car would be from Rusnak. I have never had a better car buying experience. Thank you Scott. More

After my mom was rear ended before New Year's Eve and her car was totaled she wanted to go look at a Hyundai dealership. I accompanied her to a Romero Hyundai and was impressed not only with the prices, but the quality and warranty of the vehicles along with the "non-vulture" like personalities of the sales people. I had been looking at and pricing vehicles in a specific price range for about six months and was determined to have a new vehicle before September of this year. Our minivan was almost eight years old and I knew before long I would have to purchase a new vehicle. After visiting Romero with my mom (she bought a Sonata), I decided to look more into the Hyundai vehicle selections. The Elantra Limited was in my price range and with the warranty, you can't beat it. I needed a reliable vehicle that would last a long time, got great gas mileage, was safe and wouldn't raise my insurance rate. I chose Hyundai I.E. not only because of location, but because of the service I received before even setting foot on the lot and test driving a vehicle. I emailed Art and told him exactly what vehicle I was interested in (model, make, color and interior) and what price range I could afford. I didn't think I would qualify for a loan after a nasty divorce over two years ago in which my ex-husband tried to leave me in financial ruin and all I had was an older model minivan as a trade in. Art took the time to talk to me, listen to my concerns, said he could get me qualified for a loan, and he would give me a fair amount for my trade-in. I told him I wouldn't go down to the dealership until I was approved for a loan and if it was not what I could afford, then I was out. Less than a half-hour later he called me and told me the interest rate and how much the monthly payments would be for the exact vehicle I was interested in. I couldn't believe it. Two hours later I was at the dealership and test drove an Elantra Limited for the first time. It was perfect in style, comfort, gas mileage, features and price. Everything was perfect except the color which was the only drawback. However Art had set up a delivery of a red one when I called to tell him I was on my way down to the dealership. He surprised with this information after the test drive because he knew I was going to buy the car. I'm a single mother of two children whose 11 year old son has high-functioning Autism. In addition I work full-time for social services, just graduated college with a BA in January and start graduate school in May. I have worked hard to reach my career and educational goals with still a ways to go for both so having a safe, reliable and affordable vehicle for my family is important to me especially when my daughter will be driving in the next couple of years (she is 14). I didn't have to get the Limited since it was a little bit more money, although I like the sun/moon roof, black leather interior, power driver's seat, blue tooth connection and satellite radio. I wanted it because of the blue tooth capability (safety and daughter will be driving soon ) and for my son's medical needs. I told Art my son was Autistic, but I didn't tell him that he also has sensory processing disorder (SPD) and because of it his body doesn't always regulate his temperature normally (it can be 90 degrees and he will be cold and shivering). I needed the heated seats for my son. With the Elantra Limited, he doesn't have to cart around a blanket, two sweatshirts and a jacket nor do I have to have the heater on in the car at all times. If he is cold, he brings a sweatshirt and just turns the seat heater on for a few minutes (no more than ten) and he is fine even when the air conditioner is on low or the sun/moon roof is open (the extra clothing and blanket can go in the trunk). The heated seats make it a safer ride for my son because the seat belt can fit him more properly without multiple thick layers of clothing. When I came home after purchasing our car, my son cried. He climbed into the front seat and just sobbed. He couldn't believe that I bought us a new vehicle and bought one with heated seats just for him. My daughter on the other hand couldn't wait to get her phone hooked up and choose her satellite radio stations.
