For the first time ever my car buying experience was awesome! I'd been looking at new cars for awhile and was really frustrated by some of the attitudes of salesmen I'd encountered. I blew up his email and he remained professional. He didn't bug me and adjusted to my schedule. He was friendly and put me at ease. He didn't even mind the multiple test drives of the same vehicle in different colors. I had to test drive each color and he didn't mind at all. There were no glitches, no haggling and in the end I drove off in my beautiful 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. I'm certain in a few years i wiil hand this car off to my daughter when she's a new driver. Art was extremely helpful showing me what options were available on the Elantra's. He was very patient as I reviewed each vehicle with slightly different options.
