The negotiation process for the purchase price and my trade in was handled by Art Lee. Art is easy to talk to and he gave us a fair price for both the new Santa Fe and our trade in. He was a pleasure to deal with and very straight forward in responding to our questions. He also has a great sense of humor. While we waited for our paperwork to be completed Art traded recipes with us for our diet. I would recommend Art and the dealership to anyone. More
I needed a new car. I went on the internet to look for one. First of all, Hyundai has the best warranty anyone could ask for. Immediately Art Lee contacted me through email. He then showed me where to go on line to be pre approved. He gave me his phone number and let me call him anytime I needed. He reassured me everything would be ok and I would have the car I wanted. I couldn't believe he got a contract for me within an hour. He texted me and emailed me and kept reassuring me I was going to drive away with my car. He got off early so he set me up with Chris his partner. I went after work and I was greeted by Cleveland who was very nice to me, and directed me to the person I need to see. Chris was not available immediately so Josh came out to help. All of the men were so professional and nice. Chris helped me understand the car. He showed me the entire inside. He was so thorough. I appreciate all he did for me. Then financing came and I was greeted with respect and Daniel was so nice. We had normal conversations to make the process go smoother. And it went fast I wasn't there for more than and hour and I was driving away in the car I wanted. Art and Chris were the greatest. I can't say enough about the pleasant experience I had with all of them . I would never go any place else to get a car and would recommend anyone and all my friends to go to you. Thank you so much. I am commuting to San Diego from Moreno Valley for a new job and the Sonata is a much smoother, comfortable ride than the Elantra, especially if you plan to travel long distances. The fact that my own car was over 11 years old and had 2! undisclosed accidents prior to my ownership meant that I couldn't get the trade-in value I was expecting, but Art went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend that anyone wanting a Hyundai should visit Hyundai Inland Empire and see Art in particular. Not only is he very knowledgeable about each car and their many features, he can also answer any question you may have about financials and ease any concerns that may be bothering you. More

I had been to a prior Hyundai dealership the day before and was unhappy with the experience. Then I received the email from Art Lee the internet sales person for Loma Linda. The email from Art which was to the point and had everything I was looking for in the car I wanted to purchase. I called Art that afternoon and confirmed the numbers and was very pleased. The proposal was perfect for me and it was the right price and right car. I went down to see Art and signed my lease on the spot. I was so please with the service and knowledge from Mr. Lee. I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my associates and family. This has to be the best car purchasing/leasing experience I have had in my lifetime. Everything was smooth and they took very good care of me from the sales person, to finance and even the service department the car was spotless. Throughout the past fifty years, I have purchased new and used cars from a variety of dealerships including most major US and foreign brands. During most of those visits, I recall everything from bait-and-sw used cars from a variety of dealerships including most major US and foreign brands. During most of those visits, I recall everything from bait-and-switch and misrepresentation of facts to a somewhat average experience at best. It was never a completely positive experience when I felt like my business was appreciated. I would never hear from anyone at the dealership except about six month before the end of the loan. However, today was a different experience. Through USAA, I selected a Sonata over the internet and was advised via text that someone would be in touch and was provided with several dealer's phone numbers. I contacted the dealership and actually spoke to a live person who connected me with the Internet sales manager with whom I requested to speak. To my surprise, Tony actually answered the phone and upon finding out my needs, ask me to hold while he connected me personally to the person who would handle the sale should I decide to do so. Art Lee identified himself in a friendly voice and friendly but professional rapport. I immediately felt comfortable and explained the car I was looking for and my budget. He asked if he could call me back after a cursory review of his inventory. Although he didn't have the exact configuration I had requested, After he called back within 30 minutes and explained what he did have in stock and availability to throughout the region, I felt more informed about other choices I could make and actually save money. We made an appointment at the dealership late morning where my wife and I met with Art to finalize the deal we had tentatively made over the phone. Everything went smooth considering the number of documents that needed to be understood. In addition, he was able to offer me an interest rate better than the one for which I had been pre-approved. I was able to upgrade my warranty from a 3/36 - 5/50- 10/100 to a 100% 10 year 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper coverage with the savings from his lower interest rate. Mark, the finance representative, was very helpful completing the volumes of necessary paperwork with a positive and friendly demeanor.
