Good purchasing experience . I hadn't purchased a car since 2008 and was expecting the sales representatives to come running to our car. This was not the case, they respectfully . Stright forward. Met our exoectations...no games Our purchase was quick because we came in already knowing what we wanted and our offer was already worked out..and when we finally signed the paperwor Our purchase was quick because we came in already knowing what we wanted and our offer was already worked out..and when we finally signed the paperwork it was very quick, so the only thing I could say of anything negative was we were ready to sign, but had to wait about 1 1/2 hours just sitting and waiting for the people before us, which was obvious they were trying to figure financing for them..I think it would have been more professional since all we had to do was sign, was tell the other people excuse me this will take just a few minutes and I'll be right back..it literally took us maybe 10 mins to sign docs...so I think it wasn't very business/professional to make us wait that long doing nothing. We were hungry and tired and wanted to be on our way. I understand the other people deserve attention also, but if it's going to take that long and someone else waiting will only take a few minutes..need to prioritize. More
