They worked in perfectly in tandem (i.e., one of them were ALWAYS available to answer questions) and made this such an enjoyable car buying experience that I seriously doubt I'd go anywhere else to look for a car. In fact, our next car purchase will be another Hyundai from this same dealership and I will deal with no one else but Amanda and Lawrence! The two of them have made my introduction into the Hyundai family truly remarkable! Such a stress-free no hassel, no pressure experience I was pleasantly surprised when I walked onto the lot and was not "attacked" immediately by a pushy salesman. I dreaded looking for a new car because of past bad experiences. Just recently my daughter was almost brought to tears when she went to a competing dealership where they were so pushy and aggressive. They got so angry that when she said she wanted to go home and think about the purchase, they didn't want to give her back her keys. The staff at Hyundai Loma Linda were so completely opposite, they made me feel relaxed, and totally stress free, I never felt pressured at any time. They listened to what I wanted in my new vehicle & we found one on their lot that I really liked. They made me a good deal without much haggling, it went very smoothly. I love my new Santa Fe Sport I had a 2008 Santa Fe Limited that I loved, but I wanted to have a newer vehicle with all the bells and whistles and Lawrence carefully explained the I had a 2008 Santa Fe Limited that I loved, but I wanted to have a newer vehicle with all the bells and whistles and Lawrence carefully explained the features of all the new vehicles and he helped us make the best decision for my needs.
