I originally purchased my car in 2014 and don't go to anyone else to perform the maintenance. I travel out of my way to get the service I know I will receive when going to Ford of Kirkland. They have refreshments, entertainment and a free shuttle to go to surrounding areas acknowledging that your life doesn't stop with your car's relationship to maintenance. Careless Recently took my car in for regular maintenance and mirror replacement. Turns out they didn’t have the correct mirror for my car. Instead of putting t Recently took my car in for regular maintenance and mirror replacement. Turns out they didn’t have the correct mirror for my car. Instead of putting the old one back on until the new one came, the Ford representative tried to make me drive off the lot without a right mirror, during 5 o’clock traffic, in heavy rain. It was very unprofessional and very hateful. We had to insist on a replacement mirror before leaving. At which point, the rep was very unapologetic. He tried to make us feel bad for him instead of feeling bad that he almost killed us driving without a mirror. It’s the last time we get serviced there. And before this, we’d been going there for years. More
