Ford Service Department I have been using Kirkland Ford for the service of my 2014 Escape since the second service on July 28, 2014. Since the first service, I have had eigh I have been using Kirkland Ford for the service of my 2014 Escape since the second service on July 28, 2014. Since the first service, I have had eight additional and one factory recall for minor maintenance. On all occasions, everyone has been polite, professional, and courteous. The waite times were minimal, all in all I am very happy with the people and service I receive at Kirkland Ford. More

Rick made sure that we followed the process without any obstacles. He is so dependable and trustworthy. Joe, the shuttle driver, is a remarkable asset, He has all the qualities that you are looking for towards satisfaction. And Jan, is the sweetest and most accommodating person in the department. I found ford of Kirkland by chance, they were Ford of Kirkland I don’t want to sound like a broken record but I wish I could give ford 20 stars . I found ford of Kirkland by chance, they were willing to help me out with my old z28 and have been doing a great job for more the 3 years now. When I brought it in and ask Jim Cox to have a look at a hanging back shock, he got it right in. Then the call, it didn’t look good. The car still looks great and runs well but it’s from the East coast and needed a new rear end. Jim put me in contact with Chris one of the Ford technicians who had some good suggestions and in a couple of days I had my car back for less then I thought it would be. Jim, Chris, Greg and everyone at Ford of Kirkland, Thank you very very much. More
