Couldn't be more satisfied with the price and I appreciate that all terms of the sale were transparent. The only reason I gave 8 stars instead of 10 stars is because we spent too much time at the dealership (3+ hours!) once we decided to buy the car. We spent nearly 1 hours simply waiting on the finance person to see us. Then spent another hour listening to his spiel about extended warranty. I know he is just doing his job, but 50+ minutes of trying to convince us to buy extended insurance / warranty that we don't want was a waste of our time. It's also been over 2 weeks since I bought the car and I haven't received my loan paperwork in the mail or any follow up phone call. More

2017 Santa Fe Sport 2.0 T Ultimate It was a great new car buying experience. We first drove the 2.4 base version. After reading reviews we wanted the 2.0 T. It is a great upgrade. great experience getting a great car I had a wonderful time working with Harry getting my car. I was originally looking into the Hyundai Tucson but after test driving it and not being 100 I had a wonderful time working with Harry getting my car. I was originally looking into the Hyundai Tucson but after test driving it and not being 100% happy with that car Harry was able to discuss the Santa Fe Sport with me (which I didn't originally have on my radar as a car I might want). My wife and I loved the car and we are happy that Harry spent the time to make sure we were happy with the cars and inform us about the different trims and options on these vehicles so that we'd get what we wanted. Best car shopping experience EVER! I had visited five or six dealerships in the last few months looking for a new car and although everyone I met was friendly and knowledgeable, I left I had visited five or six dealerships in the last few months looking for a new car and although everyone I met was friendly and knowledgeable, I left each not feeling quite right/sure to make a purchase each time. And then I went to Hyundai of Kirkland. I walked in and was greeted by Brenda, and the rest was history. She was AWESOME. She made sure to get me the car I needed at the price, and I can't be happier with my purchase! She was personable, knowledgeable and set on making sure I was happy with everything. I definitely had no ever experienced customer service like this in the past. The person who helped me decide what finance options would be best for me (unfortunately I cannot recall his name right now) was also wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and I felt that he also helped me walk away with what would be best for me, which left me feeling even better when I walked out of the dealership. Hyundai of Kirkland is the BEST! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience, and for having such an amazing staff!!!! More
