Excellent no pressure sales - BUT SEE UPDATE As stated previously, we experienced great service (especially since we just came from a competitor that was very aggressive). We began with phone inq As stated previously, we experienced great service (especially since we just came from a competitor that was very aggressive). We began with phone inquiries, & Mac was very patient & responsive to each of our questions. When we arrived at the dealer, Mac was unavailable assisting others, but referred us to Harry who was very patient & had a non-pressure approach. He presented multiple vehicle packages, helping us to decide which best fit our needs (actually so glad he "upsold" us to the premium package as that better fit our needs than the lower standard/"popular" package that we were initially interested in). Jeff helped us to understand & determine which financial plan was best for us. Jimmy (the manager?) was present to approve price matching a competitor & to oversee any other concerns that arised, such as our trade-in. Lastly, Brian completed all the paperwork very efficiently. They all stayed with us until closing, & Harry stayed later until we were ready to leave. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase! We have already recommended the vehicle & dealership to several people who are looking for similar new cars (and yes, Harry did inform us of the refer a friend program) 8/19/17 UPDATE: I just wanted to update this review because our experience has changed since writing the above review. We are currently in debate with the dealer over measly license plates! At the time of purchase, we told them that we had just renewed, within the month, the tabs on our trade in ($450!). JEFF & JIMMY both OFFERED for that we can KEEP our plates & pay less for our new registration. We thought, that would be great to save some cost. But certainly not because we wanted to keep our same plate number. Well weeks go on & we get a call from the registration lady at the dealer saying we can pick up our new registration BUT we also OWE an additional $26 as they estimated a little short the registration fee. We were confused since Jeff told us we should've expected a small refund at the least. Of course registration lady had no clue about this. We called the DMV & they said that the ability to roll over your registration hasn't been allowed since 2015!!! "And being a big dealership, they should have known better, selling 100s of cars a month" - per DMV. So we call back the dealer, of course Jeff responds "oh good to know". Really?! We attempt to call back the registration lady & she was out & we had to wait a few days until she returned, only for her to just decline reimbursing or paying for new plates! Basically we got duped into paying an additional $10 to keep our old crusty plates that we didn't even want. NEW plates would be an EXTRA $37 on top of what we've already paid, which they declined to pay for. My husband really just wanted the experience of having new plates & new numbers, to go along with having a new car. It's not the measly $10 or $37, it's the hassle, the misleading, & lack of attempt to rectify their mistake at the end beyond just a "oops" & "oh good to know". I guess once they've already sold you, the customer service is gone. Adjusted stars accordingly More
