amazing service, custumer service is at its best! I think it is a rarity these days for a live person to pick a phone and not to have to go trough prompts, automated messages, simply he does everything to save my time. Highly recommend his service! I found ford of Kirkland by chance, they were Ford of Kirkland I don’t want to sound like a broken record but I wish I could give ford 20 stars . I found ford of Kirkland by chance, they were willing to help me out with my old z28 and have been doing a great job for more the 3 years now. When I brought it in and ask Jim Cox to have a look at a hanging back shock, he got it right in. Then the call, it didn’t look good. The car still looks great and runs well but it’s from the East coast and needed a new rear end. Jim put me in contact with Chris one of the Ford technicians who had some good suggestions and in a couple of days I had my car back for less then I thought it would be. Jim, Chris, Greg and everyone at Ford of Kirkland, Thank you very very much. More

I recently visit this dealer, I totally recommend to Dan from ford Kirkland, ho was the person to get my new car, however check in advance the insuran I recently visit this dealer, I totally recommend to Dan from ford Kirkland, ho was the person to get my new car, however check in advance the insurance for your desired car, I am new in the states and they recommended me to take insurance with a company called "first insurance", I did not like it since they include me a no requested renter insurance that it do not make sense to have and they did not advise me about it until I figured it out, so just be careful with all the additional spent you need to do. More

The work was done a little sooner than estimated but it was all done well (replaced a burned out headlamp and changed the oil). No muss, no fuss. Done and done. More
