I would give Sheppard’s ten stars if I could. I had an overheating problem with my Jetta. I called Sheppard’s service department and was greeted by Luis. He listened to my description of the pro I had an overheating problem with my Jetta. I called Sheppard’s service department and was greeted by Luis. He listened to my description of the problem and recommended that I call VW Roadside service. He said he would keep an eye out for my car arriving at the dealership and keep me in the loop while they inspected my car. Luis did exactly that. He called awhile later and described what the service technician had found and what they were going to do to repair my car. Luis told me he would call me as soon as the car was repaired. A day later I picked the car up and noticed it had been washed and vacuumed. The repair had been made and the car was perfect. What more could any customer ask for. I would give them ten stars if I could. More

An experience that bears retelling I went to Sheppard Motors for my Santa Fe's 15,000 service and it was an interesting experience to say the least. First of all their recommendation f I went to Sheppard Motors for my Santa Fe's 15,000 service and it was an interesting experience to say the least. First of all their recommendation for cleaning my engine was expensive, adding some $250 to my total, but the explanation made sense. Let's hope that works out in the long run. I had two additional requests when i came in, to fix the slow leak in my back right tire and to reattach a right side body panel that had come loose. The tire repair went through numerous changes, from not being able to fix the leak, to being able to fix the leak, to replacing the tire at the dealers expense. I was somewhat confused about how that all came down but was very satisfied with the result. The body panel was not fixed. That was partly my fault for not catching the error upon getting the car but still it didn't get done. The service manager and the person who handled my appointment were very good. I will come back but will certainly watch the repairs closely and make sure that everything is as expected. More
