Stealing oil to save money! I had my car serviced when it reached 10,000 miles. Part of the service included a complimentry oil change. After I drove home over 100 miles, I che I had my car serviced when it reached 10,000 miles. Part of the service included a complimentry oil change. After I drove home over 100 miles, I checked the oil to find it was down a liter of oil. I left a message of my dissatifaction on Sheppard's answering machine and recieved a call back three day's later with a message on my phone that went something like this. "Hi, my name is John R____. It is my job to call back people like you, Oh, that didn't sound right, ........" Well John, it's people like me who have bought three new cars from Sheppard Motors that keep you in business. The last thing I expected was for your company to steal a liter of oil from me in order to save a little money! MY RECOMMENDATION IS NEVER GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT SHEPPARD MOTORS. More
