I bought the car back to have the p We took our car in for a problem with the heater. They charged us for the diagnostic and for a new thermostat. I bought the car back to have the part put in. When I left if was apparent the heating system still wasn't working. Then I looked at the bill and saw they charged be again for the same part. I called an left two phone messages about the problem and got no return call. My husband decided to look at my car to see if he could figure out the problem. When he opened the hood we discovered the engine cover was missing. They had taken it off and failed to put it back on. He called about both the over charge on the bill and the missing cover. No response. I wrote a letter to the service manager and took it into the shop. After a week we have not received a response. So, they charged us twice for the same part, didn't fix the original problem, stole our engine cover, and haven't made any effort to make it right. We paid $283, didn't have our car for two days, ;didn't get our heating system fixed and we now have to buy an engine cover. Go anywhere but Sheppard Motors. I can't imagine a place with less integrity, less of a concern for customer satisfaction. More

Ok for a small town dealership Stock was limited and the guy we needed to go over the new car features as "off that day" so we didn't go over the car. Time was short anyway as the sale took longer than I expected. They give you an insurance sales pitch to try to get you to buy from them and it takes forever! Didn't like that. It felt intrusive. The called it "verifying insurance" but it was actually a way to look up your insurance with the info you provide and then they want to switch you to their carrier. Kinda slimy. Overall, the price was good and we made he deal. That was what mattered most to me. More
