Abraham Baljian is a true representation of a straightforward, no-xx sales manager. I was interested in a car, sight unseen, and let me tell you that there was not a hint of sketchy salesman sent straightforward, no-xx sales manager. I purchased a Hyundai for my wife not too long ago and it was difficult to try and find a salesperson who did not try to finagle with the numbers in some way. I am a finance guy so it's cringy, embarrassing, and downright disrespectful. Abraham did not do this. In fact, this is probably the most efficient I've ever dealt with a salesperson, so thank you. Easy online appointment scheduling and professional service advisors, but waiting over 3 and 1/2 hours for an oil change was frustrating.
