Worst Customer Service Experience! After having a car for barely a week, my engine started having noise that steadily grew. I attempted to contact the service department to get it looked at. The service department hung up on me several times, so I reached out to the person I purchased the vehicle from by phone and email. A couple of weeks go by and still no response. I attempted to email another department and I got no response. I left a voicemail for the General Manager. A week has gone by and still nothing. It has now been over a MONTH. I don't know how a company like this will stay in business with such negligence company wide. Never deal with this company. More

He took me to work after I signed the paperwork while my husband finished up and waited for the car to be prepped to drive off the lot. He drove 30 minutes to my area to fix a problem we had with the car after we left the dealership the same day, and he made sure to put me in contact with Hector in the service department to make sure that I get my steering wheel replaced since there was some entry port damage. I have to wait for the part, but am enjoying my Ioniq! A much better experience than we had at the other Hyundai dealership we had gone to the day before. Johnny deserves a bonus...hope he gets one.
